LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Just two days after ITT Technical Institute announced that it's closing for good, two employees have filed a lawsuit against the school.

The suit claims the company violated federal law by not providing 60 days notice of terminating employment.

ITT announced on Tuesday it was closing all 130 campuses in 38 states immediately, citing strict government sanctions.

Louisville classes were supposed to start next Monday.

According to reports, the lawsuit seeks class-action status on behalf of the 8,000 people left without jobs.
