LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The push to stop child abuse just got a little boost.

Attorney General Andy Beshear presented Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky with $42,000.

Officials say it will allow the organization to expand training to make sure adults are better equipped to keep children in their communities safe.

The organization was established in 1987 and is the only statewide non-profit committed to preventing the abuse and neglect of the state's children.
