LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Developers plan to build not one, but two hotels, in a 15-story building in downtown Louisville.
A high-end Westin Hotel will use the section of a historic building still standing near the Whiskey Row development on Main Street.
A boutique hotel called Moxy will have its entrance on Washington Street.
The plan includes 300 rooms and shared amenities, including a rooftop pool.
A spokesman for developer Steve Poe says the project will cost about $80 million.
It should open in 2019, just after the convention center expansion is finished.
