LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Tuesday marks 20 years since the death of rapper and actor Tupac Shakur

The rapper and actor died on Sept. 13, 1996 at a Las Vegas hospital at the age of 25. He died six days after he was wounded in a drive-by shooting.

He was known for several songs including "Dear Mama," "California Love," and "I Get Around." Shakur also appeared in several movies, including "Poetic Justice" and "Above The Rim."

No arrests have ever been made in connection with Shakur's death.
