Grass fire in Bullitt County now under control

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A large fire in Bullitt County is now under control.

Officials say the fire started in a pile of wood chips in a 400-foot ravine. It has been burning for nearly 24 hours on Mount Elmira Road, near Brooks Hill Road, then spread to a wooded area 

Crews have been there all night.

There's no danger to surrounding buildings or homes.
