LMPD officer charged with terroristic threatening after internal investigation
LMPD says officer Zachariah Aubruey has been charged with terroristic threatening, harassment and official misconduct.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A criminal summons has been issued against a LMPD officer.
LMPD says officer Zachariah Aubrey has been charged with terroristic threatening, harassment and official misconduct.
It's unclear what the charges stem from, but LMPD says an investigation by its Public Integrity Unit resulted in the summons.
Officer Aubrey is on administrative reassignment, and his police powers have been suspended pending the outcome of the case. He is a second-year officer in LMPD's 5th Division.
Because Chief Steve Conrad has begun a Professional Standards investigation as well, LMPD cannot speak further on the case.
