LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man was arrested early Monday after police found him in possession of a stolen car.

According to the arrest report, police received a stolen vehicle report from OnStar around 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 10. Police say OnStar had disabled the vehicle, rendering it inoperable. Police found it, along with the suspect, 36-year-old Joshua Yengst, in front of an abandoned home on Lewis Lane.

Police say Yengst told them the horn wouldn't stop blowing and he was trying to turn it off. Police say the keys were with the vehicle, which was returned to the owner undamaged.

Yengst was arrested and charged with one count of receipt of stolen property. He remains jailed at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $10,000 cash bond.
