INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - About 64,000 visitors are expected in Indianapolis this week for the National FFA Organization convention.
The annual event for the group that promotes agricultural education will remain in Indianapolis until 2024 under a $4.5 million incentive deal state officials announced last year. The convention begins Wednesday and runs through Saturday.
The convention was held in Louisville last year. Indianapolis had previously hosted it from 2006 to 2012.
