LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Former NFL player and Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow will speak at Southeast Christian Church this weekend, according to a news release from the church.

Tebow will attend the church's worship services on Saturday, Oct. 22, and Sunday, Oct. 23, and will be interviewed by Senior Pastor Dave Stone.

"We are so excited to have Tim Tebow back at Southeast," Stone said, according to a news release. "Tim lives out his faith whether he's on an athletic field or on a mission trip in an underdeveloped country. Tim tirelessly focuses on helping so many that are overlooked or underserved throughout the world. Two years ago, the Tim Tebow Foundation began a prom event for those with special needs: this February that event has grown to reach over 300 communities in six countries."

Everyone in the community is invited to attend one of the worship services, where Stone and Tebow will discuss faith, sports and "Love Where You Are" -- a campaign by church members to become more active in their neighborhoods through community service and increased awareness.

The interview will be live at the Blankenbaker Campus services and will be broadcast via HD video at each of the church's satellite locations: the Indiana Campus, the Crestwood Campus and the Southwest Campus.
