LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 20-year-old Louisville man has been indicted in the fatal shooting of a man outside a convenience store in PRP earlier this month.

Homicide detectives arrested Kraatz on Oct. 13. Investigators say he has confessed to shooting 58-year-old David House in the parking lot of the Deal Master Food Mart on Blevins Gap Road near Dixie Highway on Oct. 10. House died at the hospital.

During a news conference on Oct. 13, police called the shooting random, and showed video surveillance that appeared to show Kraatz inside and outside the store just before the shooting.
