Louisville murder suspect back in custody after being released by accident

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville murder suspect who was released from jail by accident is back in custody.

The Pike County Detention Center released Terrance Moore Junior in late September.

Jail officials say he was there to answer to robbery charges, but the jail didn't have the proper paper work indicating he was charged in another county.

Moore is accused in the Louisville murder of 21-year-old Tyrone Booker, Jr in March.

He was booked into metro corrections Friday afternoon.
