Louisville Metro Police searching for two robbery suspects

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two men wanted in connection with a robbery.

Police say the two suspects robbed JR's Food Mart on Camp Street on Oct. 17. According to police, both men entered the store and pulled out handguns.

Officials say the suspects demanded money from a store employee.

Investigators say the men fled on foot after receiving the money. No one was hurt during the robbery.

One of the suspects is described by police as a black male, 5'8 with a medium build and is between 18 and 20 years old. Police say the second suspect is a black male, 6'1 with a thin build and is between 18 and 20 years old.

Anyone with information about the suspects is asked to call 574-LMPD (5673).
