LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The heat is on at KFC, as the company is embroiled in a $20 million lawsuit.

According to the New York Post, a woman filed the suit over her dissatisfaction with a bucket of chicken she received at a restaurant.

Anna Wurtzburger, of Hopewell Junction, New York purchased a $20 bucket of chicken over the summer and claims it looked different from what was advertised.

The Post reports that Wurtzberger stated she thought she would have enough food for a couple of meals.

She then called and voiced her complaint to the company's headquarters.

Unhappy with the company's response, Wurtzberger hired an attorney and filed a lawsuit, demanding the company change how it advertises its chicken. She also gave back two gift certificates that were sent to her by KFC.

Wurtzberger is asking for $20 million in damages.

In a released statement, KFC says, "These claims are meritless and we will be asking the court to dismiss this case."
