Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Salvation Army Louisville needs your help to feed almost 800 people for Thanksgiving.

The organization says food banks are stretched thin, so it is asking for donations of 20-pound turkeys and large cans of sweet potatoes.

You can drop off food or monetary donations at the Salvation Army's M.A.L.E. Campus at 911 S. Brook Street.

Donations will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
