LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- We have newly-released video of the moment an SUV hit three JCPS students waiting at their bus stop.

It happened last Thursday morning at 32nd and Dumesnil Streets.

This attachd video from inside the bus that the driver swerved to avoid. You see the bus stop, then immediately the vehicle goes by.

The driver went up onto the sidewalk. All three students were taken to the hospital.

One of those children, Phillip Neal, was released on Monday and returned to school Wednesday.

The other two are still hospitalized.

Police say the driver had no insurance or registration.
