Kentucky residents have until Tuesday to apply for mail-in absentee ballots

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky voters have until Tuesday to apply for mail-in absentee ballots. 

Applications must be turned into the county clerk by close of business Tuesday. Those eligible to vote absentee include military personnel, students who reside outside the county and those who are incarcerated but have not been convicted.

Completed absentee ballots must be returned by mail and received by the county clerk by 6 p.m. on Election Day.
