LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- New details have been released about the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.

Australian officials say no one was controlling the plane when it ran out of fuel and plunged into the Indian Ocean in March 2014. Investigators say it was going down at more than 280 miles per hour when it crashed.

The plane was carrying 239 people from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to Beijing, China, when it disappeared.

Most of the plane's wreckage has not been found.
