HARRISON COUNTY, Ind. (WDRB) -- Investigators expect charges against a driver who took off from the scene of a deadly crash.

It happened around 3 a.m. Saturday on Highway 11 between Lanesville and Elizabeth.

Floyd County Sheriff Frank Loop says alcohol and speed likely played a role in the car slamming into trees.

Trevor Baker, 21, was killed.

Preston Perry, 18, and Matthew Reed, 21, were hospitalized with serious injuries.

The sheriff says the 21-year-old driver, Ronald Kelly took off.

He was later found and taken to a hospital.
