LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Authorities have released a new mugshot of the woman charged with manslaughter after an alleged DUI crash that killed two people -- including a Louisville Metro Police officer.

The mugshot appears to show the suspect, Suzanne Whitlow, clad in a hospital gown, with an injury to her chin/neck area.

According to an arrest report, Whitlow is accused of driving "up on the sidewalk" and killing LMPD Detective Jason Schweitzer and University of Kentucky employee Timothy Moore on Oct. 29. Whitlow allegedly told police she had consumed several "Vodka and cranberry" drinks.

The arrest citation, obtained under an open record’s request from Lexington police, said Whitlow had slurred, incoherent speech and a "strong odor of alcohol."

Whitlow was alone in her vehicle at 2:34 a.m. when she "left the roadway" on Upper Street in Lexington and hit Schweitzer, 37, and Moore, 56, according to the report.

She has been charged with two counts of manslaughter 2nd degree and one count of driving under the influence.
