LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A judge sides with the Spencer County Fiscal Court in a dispute over mold.

The Spencer County Sheriff's Department moved into a trailer after mold was found. The sheriff then complained the Fiscal Court wasn't providing his department with sufficient space.

The Fiscal Court then offered the sheriff space at a building on Main Street in Taylorsville, but the sheriff argued the space was too small, so he took the case to court.

A judge decided the Fiscal Court abided by the law in providing the trailer and building on Main Street.
