St. Matthews Police working to identify theft suspect

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- St. Matthews Police are asking for help in identifying a man suspected of theft.

According to a news release from police, the suspect entered an office building on Dupont Circle on November 15, between 7:50 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Officials say the man stole items that totaled several thousand dollars.

The stolen items include sports collectables from the University of Louisville, University of Tennessee and Tennessee Titans.

Police say considerable damage was also done to the offices.

Anyone who is able to identify the suspect or knows the whereabouts of the stolen items is asked to call St. Matthews Police at 502-893-9000.
