LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The north part of U of L's Belknap campus is without power following a car crash that happened Saturday, according to university police.

Authorities say the part of campus primarily affected by the power outage is the north side of Floyd Street.

U of L spokesperson John Karman says affected buildings include Human Resources, Ulmer Stadium, the tennis center, First Build, Marshall Center and Cardinal Park.

Officials also say The Nine at Louisville apartment complex is also without power.

No academic buildings were affected by the power outage, according to police.

Authorities say power to the area could be out between 24 and 48 hours.

There's no word on if anyone was hurt in the crash.
