Grand jury indicts teen for murder of 14-year-old during drive-by shooting in Louisville
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A grand jury has indicted a teenager for the murder of a 14-year-old boy.
Dominique Coleman, age 16, is charged with murder, tampering with evidence and possession of a handgun by a minor. He's accused of shooting and killing Troyvonte Hurt in August near the intersection of Jacob and Clay Streets.
Police say the incident started as a drive-by where people fired at others on the sidewalk, who returned fire.
Officials say they believe the shooting is gang-related.
