LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A former southern Indiana teacher with a past meth arrest is arrested for meth possession again.

48-year-old Laura Nowling faces two charges of dealing meth, one charge of possessing meth, and other drug charges.

In February, police arrested Nowling for allegedly bringing meth into her classroom at Austin Elementary School.

Police say they found meth in her purse which was unattended, with 14 second-grade students in the room.

In that case, she was charged with possession of meth on school property and 14 counts of neglect of a dependent.
