LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man already accused in a fatal hit-and-run in Louisville is now charged with being in the country illegally.

Miguel Villasenor-Saucedo, 40, was allegedly the driver of a truck that hit and killed two women. The accident happened in October at Outer Loop and Grade Lane.

He was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accidents when the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office began investigating him.

Villasenor-Saucedo was allegedly deported from the U.S. eight times. If convicted, he faces a maximum of two years in prison.
