Louisville community steps in to replace toys stolen from charity

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Grinch who stole Christmas in Valley Station wasn't successful after all.

Earlier this month, items for a charity auction were stolen from a garage. That auction was meant to provide the money to buy gifts for 42 children in need through Southwest Community Ministries.

WDRB learned today that through donations from the community, they'll still be able to provide gifts for all the children.

Lone Wolf Family Sports Pub will host a party for the kids on Saturday.
