MISSING: Kentucky State Police issue Golden Alert for 58-year-old Lori S. Feltz
Kentucky State Police is asking for the public's help to locate a mentally handicapped woman who has vanished.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police is asking for the public's help to locate a mentally handicapped woman who has vanished.
According to a news release from KSP, a Golden Alert has been issued for 58-year-old Lori S. Feltz of Carlisle, Kentucky.
"Mrs. Feltz is mentally handicapped and was last seen in the area of her residence on Hick Hardy Road in Nicholas County at approximately 9:30 a.m. on December 26, 2016," the news release states. "It is believed that Feltz left her residence, possibly on foot, but it is not clear."
Feltz is described as a white female, approximately 5'-7" tall and weighing 230 pounds. She has blue eyes, red hair, and was last seen wearing a knee-length black winter coat, a green shirt, blue dress pants, eye glasses and black shoes with Velcro straps.
