LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man caught on camera running from police has done it before.

Michael Priest, 49, was arrested Monday afternoon in the parking lot of WDRB's studios after police say he collided with another car at 7th and Muhammad Ali Blvd.

Priest can be seen on surveillance cameras jumping from the wrecked car and climbing a fence before crouching near a WDRB News truck. It didn't take officers long to track Priest down and arrest him.

Stunned WDRB employees put their hands up as they realized what was going on in the parking lot, then helped more officers get inside the parking lot.

On Tuesday, a judge set Priest's bond at $5,000 cash and called him a flight risk because of his record, which includes two convictions for fleeing or evading police and one escape conviction.

He now faces numerous other charges including theft, fleeing police and criminal mischief.
