ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man charged with murder at an Elizabethtown group home made previous threats to employees.

Lindale Cunningham, a 32-year-old resident of the group home, is charged with murder. He is accused of stabbing 66-year-old Sally Berry Wednesday. She worked at the ResCare home.

Court records show in 2014, Cunningham allegedly threatened to kill someone, tried to attack an employee with a knife and destroyed property at the same group home.

Charges for those acts were dismissed.

Cunningham is being held in the Hardin County jail.
