University in Indiana catches heat over class focusing on President Trump
The school's Vice President of Academic Affairs addressed worries about the course.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Butler University in Indiana is under fire over a course about President Donald Trump.
The class, called "Trumpism and Democracy" describes the president as "a purveyor of sexism, white supremacy, xenophobia and more."
Butler's Vice President of Academic Affairs addressed worries about the course.
In a letter, the Vice President says the criticism of President Trump falls under academic freedom.
