Louisville man allegedly stabbed victim four times
According to the arrest warrant, the victim sustain four stab wounds to his side, a cut to his liver and damage to his lungs.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say a man has been arrested after he stabbed another man four times in the side, causing serious internal injuries.
According to an arrest warrant, it happened on Friday, June 30.
Police say 42-year-old Tony Gray got into an argument with a roommate about getting a job. A short time later, the man went to lay down for about 30 minutes, when Gray allegedly stabbed him in the side four times.
Police say the victim was able to get Gray out of the house before calling the police.
When police arrived, the victim was taken to University Hospital. According to the arrest warrant, the victim sustain four stab wounds to his side, a cut to his liver and damage to his lungs.
A warrant was issued for Gray's arrest and he was taken into custody later that same day. He's currently charged with first-degree assault. He's being held in Louisville Metro Corrections.
