LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Governor Matt Bevin has granted pardons to 10 Kentuckians convicted of crimes.

Three of those pardons went to Louisvillians.

A Leitchfield man was pardoned on a 1994 reckless homicide conviction.

Bevin says each pardon was granted after careful review.

Pardon requests are sent directly to the Governor's Office along with a statement of reasons for seeking relief and three letters of recommendation.
