Officials looking for two escaped inmates from Blackburn Correctional Complex
The pair escaped from the facility on Sunday around 8 p.m.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Authorities are searching for two inmates officials say escaped from the Blackburn Correctional Complex in Lexington.
According to a release, 40-year-old Jason Lindbloom and 36-year-old Jason Prater escaped from the facility on Sunday around 8 p.m.
Lindbloom was serving a sentence of 18 years on trafficking charges out of Boone, Gallatin and Carroll Counties. Officials say Lindbloom would have been eligible for parole in August of 2019.
Prater was serving a 25-year sentence on charges of trafficking, burglary, tampering with physical evidence, and possession and promotion of contraband out of Campbell and Kenton Counties. Authorities say he would have been eligible for parole in May of next year.
Officials say Lindbloom is a white male, 5' 11, weighs 190 pounds and has blue eyes and black hair.
Authorities say Prater is a white male, 6' 3, weighs 205 pounds and has blue eyes and auburn hair.
