Vice President Mike Pence to visit Lexington Wednesday to talk health care
The three high-ranking Kentucky Republicans that will join him to talk about health care.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The vice president is coming to Kentucky on Wednesday, July 12, to push for the repeal of the Affordable Care Act.
Mike Pence will meet with small business owners and local job creators at a Lexington rental business. He will talk about the need for a new health care plan for the nation.
Pence will be joined by fellow Republicans Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin, Sixth district Representative Andy Barr and Second district Representative Brett Guthrie.
Air Force Two will touch down in Lexington at 2:00 p.m. Mike Pence is expected to speak around 4:00 p.m.
This is the second visit to Kentucky for Vice President Pence, since taking office.
He spoke to business leaders in Louisville back in March.
