LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police have arrested a suspect accused of robbing someone as they were sleeping on the front porch of a home.

According to the arrest report, the victims told police they were sleeping on a porch of a home in the 400 block of M Street near Winkler Avenue around 4 a.m. Tuesday when they were awakened by three men.

Police say Joyner, and two other accomplices, pointed what appeared to be a gun at the victims and took a wallet and cell phone.

About an hour later, police found three people in the area matching the description given by the victims, including 19-year-old Jamison Joyner. Police say one of the men had a cell phone that belonged to one of the victims and a cigarette lighter that looked like a gun.

Police say Joyner admitted to his involvement in the crime.

He was arrested and charged with one count of armed robbery.
