LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man accused of robbing a Pizza Hut twice in one week pleads not guilty.

According to a post on the LMPD Facebook page, 44-year-old Michael Williams II robbed the Pizza Hut on 7th Street Road twice -- on June 7 and June 9.

Officials say Williams is also connected to an armed robbery at the Laundry Connection on south 4th Street on June 24. That's when police say Williams robbed the attendant of her personal cash after she refused to turn over the money from the business.

No one was injured in the robberies.

He was arrested July 12, near 2nd and Oak, after police received a tip from someone who recognized him from surveillance pictures.

Williams is charged with three counts of first degree robbery. He was being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $25,000 cash bond.
