LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Indiana bartender is behind a set of bars after police say he over-served customers who ended up dying in a car crash.

Officials say two men were drinking at a bar in Greenfield, Indiana.

Anthony Helsley is accused of serving them, even after they showed signs of severe intoxication.

That's illegal under Indiana law.

The men later got into a crash and died.

Helsley is charged with two counts of selling alcoholic beverages to intoxicated persons.
