LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two professionals and three amateurs, including a pair of Louisville brothers, are in the top five after the second round of the 98th Kentucky Open at Hurstbourne Country Club.
Andrew Stephens, a teaching pro in Union, Kentucky, has the lead by one at four-under after a second round 68. Brendon Doyle, a Senior at Indiana University had the low round of the day with a four-under 67. He's tied at three-under with UK Senior and fellow St. Xavier grad Cooper Musselman and pro Nicklaus Newcomb, a former U of L golfer from Benton, Kentucky.
Drew Doyle, the 15-year-old brother of Brendon and a Sophomore at St. Xavier had a second straight 70 and is alone in fifth at two-under.
The third and final round will start at 7:30 am from both #1 and #10 tees.
