Italian restaurant Grassa Gramma planned for Holiday Manor
Restaurant mastermind Kevin Grangier is behind the plans for the "plump grammaw."
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man behind popular restaurants the Village Anchor and Le Moo is ready to serve up Italian.
Kevin Grangier is opening Grassa Gramma. The new restaurant will be located at Holiday Manor shopping center in the space formerly occupied by Emperor of China.
Grassa Gramma is loosely translated in Italian to "Plump Grammaw." It will offer authentic northern and southern Italian fare, including house-made pastas, sauces, pizzas, breads and pastries.
The restaurant is expected to employ 100 people and is scheduled to open in early 2018.
