LMPD investigating after man shows up at hospital after being shot
There have been no arrests in the case.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man went to the hospital after he was shot.
LMPD spokesperson Alicia Smiley says the victim went to Norton Hospital in downtown Louisville on Saturday around 4 a.m. Police say the man told staff members he had been shot.
Officials say his injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
There have been no arrests in the case. Police are trying to determine where the shooting happened.
LMPD's Major Crime Unit is handling the investigation.
