POLICE: Louisville sodomy suspect said 'he is really scared he is going to get into trouble'
The suspect was arrested on Monday afternoon.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man has been arrested on several counts of sodomy and sexual abuse.
Gary Cole, 39, was arrested on Monday afternoon.
According to a police report, two juveniles under the age of 13, "made disclosures of ongoing sexual abuse."
Officials say during police interviews, both of the alleged victims described sexual acts Cole had engaged in with them.
As part of the investigation, authorities say one of the alleged victims "participated in controlled phone calls" with Cole. Investigators say during the calls, admissions were made by Cole.
Police say Cole also stated to the alleged victim "he is really scared he is going to get into trouble."
Cole is charged with six counts of first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
He is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections and is expected in court on Tuesday.
