LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A judge says the man accused of breaking into several e-cigarette stores is a danger to the community.

Tobias Enix, age 18, is charged with 11 counts of burglary, receipt of stolen property and criminal mischief.

His attorney requested home incarceration, but the judge kept his bond at $25,000.

Police say Enix stole thousands of dollars worth of e-cigarettes and cash from Louisville and Jefferson County businesses.

Officials say more charges may be filed.
