LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- JCPS says immunization certifications are due for students preparing to attend early education classes.
District officials say proof of immunization must be turned in before classes begin on August 30.
According to JCPS, certificates are missing or expired for about 450 students.
The district says early childhood education students who do not have proof of immunization on file by August 29 will not be able to attend class.
Families can either fax the certification, or bring a copy of the certification to their child's school.
