LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Halloween invaded the Highlands Saturday afternoon.

Crowds lined up along Bardstown Road to watch the Original Louisville Halloween Parade.

Organizers call it Louisville's biggest Halloween celebration.

There were floats, plenty of candy, pumpkin races and, of course, costumes.

For the adults there was a special Halloween pub crawl, and there was a Halloween costume contest for kids and adults.

The event began at noon and wrapped up later in the evening.
