LMPD asking for help in identifying bank robbery suspect

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a bank robbery suspect.

Officials say the suspect robbed the MainSource Bank, located at 6512 Bardstown Road on Friday afternoon.

According to police, the suspect entered the bank, went up to a teller window and showed a note demanding money.

Authorities say no one was hurt during the incident.

Police describe the suspect as a white male with a light complexion. He's 5'7 to 5'8, weighs between 140 and 150 pounds and is between 30 and 40 years ls.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call 574-LMPD(5673).
