Louisville Metro Police searching for Speedway robbery suspect

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect authorities say robbed a Speedway gas station.

Police say the suspect robbed the Speedway gas station, located at 2300 Brownsboro Road, on October 6, 2017.

According to police, the suspect entered the the business and demanded money from a clerk.

No one was hurt during the robbery.

Police say the suspect exited the passenger side of a red Honda Fit that had a yellow bumper sticker below the license plate.

Investigators describe the suspect as a white male and say he is between 30 and 40 years old, about 5'3 to 5'4, weighs 140 pounds and has brown hair.

Anyone with information about the man's identity is asked to call 574-LMPD (5673). Callers can remain anonymous.
