Kentucky State Police looking for escaped Marshall County inmate

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police are looking for a man authorities say escaped from the Marshall County Jail.

Police are looking for 20-year-old Dakota Reeder, of Simpsonville, Kentucky.

Officers responded around 8:30 p.m. Monday to the jail on a report that Reeder had escaped.

Police say Reeder is a white male, 5'6, weighs 140 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, dark tennis shoes and a black long sleeve shirt, according to police.

Anyone with information about Reeder's location is asked to call Kentucky State Police Post 1 at 270-856-3721. Anonymous calls can be made to 1-800-222-5555.

Tips can also be made anonymously through the KSP app.
