LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville City FC players, coaches and fans all packed Fourth Street Live! on Tuesday night to celebrate the team's United Soccer League Cup win.

Louisville City beat the Swope Park Rangers at Slugger Field 1-0, for its first USL Cup in just its third year in the league. The players said they're grateful to the fans who supported them all season long.

"It's no surprise the support's been so good since February and all year long," Louisville City midfielder Paolo DelPiccolo said. "They've been out there helping us do it. It's great to see them out here one last time."

Monday night's match drew a record crowd at Slugger Field of more than 14,000 people. The winning goal wasn't scored until the 88th minute of play.
