LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Indiana State Police say a Scott County man has been arrested after police say he was caught with cocaine and suspected heroin.

According to a news release, 24-year-old Ryan Robinson, of Scottsburg, was arrested Sunday. Authorities say Indiana State Police troopers pulled over a 2002 Saturn on Morning Drive in Austin. Police say Robinson was a passenger in the vehicle and he was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officials say troopers found a substance Robinson was allegedly selling as heroin.

Investigators say Robinson was placed under arrest and taken to the Scott County Jail. While he was being booked into the jail, officers found suspected heroin in Robinson's underwear, according to police.

Robinson is charged with dealing in a counterfeit substance, trafficking with an inmate and possession of cocaine.
