Workout with a purpose at the 413 Fitness Dry Tri
413 Fitness created a workout to get the blood pumping and help raise money for Redeem The Dream.
NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WDRB) - The 413 Fitness Dry Tri is Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. in New Albany. It benefits Redeem the Dream.
Participants do a workout involving three activities, like a triathlon. They must complete, a 1500 meter row, 250 body weight squats and a 1 mile run. If you want to team up with a partner, the workout doubles.
People with the best times go home with prizes.
The cost for an individual is $25 and for a team of two is $50.
Redeem The Dream (RTD) is a youth outreach organization based in New Albany, Indiana. Its mission is to help Kentuckiana's youth realize their own potential through their core values: biblical literacy, accountability, opportunity and inspiration.
RTD has three key programs to spread the message to teens 12 to 18: Youth Night, Mentoring Program and Leadership Program.
